Pay: $24.00–$29.00 per hour (based on experience)

Charles Cabinets has been designing, building, and installing custom cabinetry for more than 70 years. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer/Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This is a full-time position that combines custom cabinet manufacturing in our shop with professional installation in the field.

Position Summary

This position is split between our shop and customer job sites. You’ll build high-quality custom cabinetry in our climate-controlled, air-conditioned shop and work with another experienced installer as part of a two-person installation team.

Responsibilities

· Build custom cabinets and architectural millwork

· Read and interpret shop drawings

· Install cabinetry and millwork at residential and commercial projects

· Maintain quality standards and attention to detail

· Work safely and professionally with customers and coworkers

Qualifications

· Previous experience building and/or installing custom cabinetry

· Ability to operate woodworking equipment safely

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to lift and move cabinetry as needed
