Salary Range: Salary 32 hours per week
Essential Job Functions:

- RN/LPN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long-term care.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
- Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
- conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
- Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
- Communicate effectively will all disciplines.
- Keep DON informed of information of any changes in resident condition.
- charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
- All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.
Experience
Preferred- Nursing supervisor experience
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field
- Associates or better in Nursing or related field
Licenses & Certifications
Required- REGISTERED NURSE
