The Karr Group—Killington, Vermont’s largest hospitality management company—is hiring Bussers/Food Runners to join our team at Charity's 1887 Saloon.
Bussers/Food Runners play a key role in supporting our restaurant team and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, replenishing beverages, delivering food to guests, and assisting servers as needed.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has a guest-focused attitude, communicates well, and can work quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail. As a Busser/Food Runner, you help set your team up for success and keep the restaurant operating seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the restaurant industry and learn what it takes to create a memorable dining experience.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to follow instructions and assist with a variety of tasks as needed
- Willingness to participate in pre-service setup and closing duties
