LPN Charge Nurse

We are currently seeking a LPN Charge Nurse - Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the unit with professionalism and adaptability

• Maintain exceptional documentation standards and adhere to required deadlines

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Train and guide employees until they are capable and confident in completing all necessary paperwork for the units

• Assist with orientation sessions for new employees under the direction of the DON

Requirements:

• The Charge Nurse (LPN) must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.

• Current, unencumbered LPN license

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to remain positive and professional in high-stress environments

• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train staff

• Commitment to resident care and upholding unit integrity
