This includes managing the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, and other utility systems in the production of modular homes. The role ensures that all utility components are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations before homes are ready for site delivery.

- BiltWise homes leave for site with fully operational and code-compliant utility systems (plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Utility work is completed with precision and attention to safety, contributing to the overall quality and functionality of our homes.
- Lead the installation and testing of utility systems including plumbing, HVAC, and other related infrastructure according to plans and specifications.
- Supervise and perform installation of pipes, ducts, ventilation systems, and other utility components across modules.
- Inspect and troubleshoot utility systems, ensuring that all components function correctly and meet safety and quality standards before site delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., electrical, framing, finishing) to ensure timely completion of utility work in line with overall project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards for plumbing, HVAC, and other utility systems.
- Identify and address any utility system issues or defects prior to module shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting safety and efficiency on the production floor.
- Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and other utility systems, as well as relevant codes and best practices.
- Skilled in the use of tools and equipment for utility system installation and diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and utility layouts.
- Leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a small team and coordinate tasks with other departments.
- Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot utility issues efficiently.
- Physical stamina for lifting equipment, working at heights, and performing tasks that involve standing, kneeling, or navigating confined spaces.
