Location: Santa Ana, California (Hybrid Schedule – 2 days remote / 3 days on-site)

Job Summary
The SAELI Promotor/a will provide coordinated support to the Santa Ana Early Learning Initiative (SAELI) Director, Project Coordinator, and partner organizations. This role helps increase parent and community engagement, supports leadership development, and fosters access to essential resources for families with children aged 0–9 in Santa Ana.
What are the desired qualifications?
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- In lieu of a diploma, 2 years of relevant experience will be considered
Experience:
- Experience with community organizing
- Ability to work within a team and motivate parent/guardian volunteers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and/or English
- Public speaking experience
- Basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and good organizational habits

Compensation
Commensurate with experience, education, and market.
Hourly Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
