Who is Thrive Together OC (TTOC)?
Thrive Together OC is a countywide early psychosis program serving youth and young adults throughout Orange County. In collaboration with families, community partners, and clinical providers, TTOC offers screening, assessment, consultation, outreach, and support services aimed at early identification and intervention for psychosis-spectrum disorders.

Job Summary
The Clinical Manager will oversee all clinical services at Thrive Together OC, ensuring high-quality assessment, engagement, and support for youth and young adults at risk for early psychosis. This role manages clinical deliverables, supervises clinical staff, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and provides oversight for client documentation, quality assurance, and data tracking.
The ideal candidate is a licensed clinical professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist), a skilled supervisor, and an experienced leader who thrives in collaborative, community-centered environments.
What are the desired qualifications?
Education
- Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral sciences, or related field.
- Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist (California).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years working in a behavioral healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and psychotherapeutic modalities.
- Experience conducting or overseeing clinical assessments with youth and young adults.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, leadership, and presentation.
- Familiarity with ethics, equity, diversity, client rights, and confidentiality requirements.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience, education, and the market.
Salary Range: $101,920-$108,000
