What You’ll Do
- Balance customer accounts with precision and timeliness
- Invoice all deliveries and process payments accurately
- Email invoices and respond to customer billing inquiries with professionalism
- Create customer deposits and process refunds within 48 hours
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile cash drawer
- Collect from past-due customers with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- Prepare and send monthly statements
- Process customer payments and credit applications
- Set customer terms, credit limits, and ensure accurate account setup
- Assist the sales team in reconciling sales orders and billing details
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support company and department goals
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A problem-solving, solution-focused mindset
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
- Experience with SAP or Smartsheet preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Energy, motivation, and a positive, team-first attitude

Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site in Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $21-$26/hr. (based on experience)
