You’ll manage our showroom reception area, assist with returns and warranty processes, and work collaboratively across teams to resolve issues, support sales operations, and keep the flow of business strong.

What You’ll Do
- Greet every client with warmth and a smile while owning the reception area as the showroom concierge, creating an exceptional first impression for every guest and client.
- Manage will-call pickups, returns, and warranty claims with professionalism and accuracy
- Process all warranty and return paperwork, ensuring every detail is documented correctly
- Reconcile warranty receivables by preparing claims and following up with vendors and clients
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and communication needs
- Keep the showroom environment polished, welcoming, and client-ready
- Answer and route calls while ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company goals
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of administrative, customer service, or office management experience in a client-facing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with speed and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers, email, and office software including Google Workspace
- A team-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude under pressure

The Details
Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site in Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $20-$24/hr. (based on experience)
