Role: Head of Sales (Hybrid — Brooklyn, NY)
Charidy is expanding and seeking a Head of Sales to lead our next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that open new markets.
• Drive the full sales cycle and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Use data and insights to inform sales strategy and forecasting.
• Collaborate across departments to align revenue, product, and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Leadership, or Business Development.
• Strong team management and coaching abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
