Warehouse Manager

Charger Water Treatment Products is excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Manager at our Poland, OH facility! In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring streamlined processes for receiving, storing, and distributing our high-quality water treatment products. You will lead a team of dedicated warehouse staff, driving performance while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping operations
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular counts and audits, optimizing stock availability
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment
• Work collaboratively with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives
• Analyze warehouse metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Handle logistics for delivery and pickup of products, occasionally driving company vehicles as needed
• Assemble our water treatment products, and help with general warehouse duties.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and software
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Must possess a valid forklift certification, preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
• Monday - Friday, Fulltime.
