Responsibilities
- Move/shift company trailers within a defined area.
- Adhere to and follow company‑established safety rules and procedures.
- Follow and execute company-established safe/defensive driving methods
- Operate shunt truck to move trailers within the yard
- communicate with shipping personnel to ensure efficient movement of trailers
- Report any issues or damages to trailers
- Trailer Wash & Tire repair would be part of the role with minimal repairs
- Must be able to able to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment and staying longer than the usual shift hours depending on the operational needs and package shipment volume
- A minimum of 6 months year experience
- A good driving record.
