As a Banquet Captain, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the front-of-house operations during events, leading your team to deliver outstanding service.
Duties
- Lead and supervise banquet staff during events to ensure high standards of service.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and presentation.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and décor.
- Train and develop staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and food safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event, addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
Requirements
