What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Host position at Charcoal?
Join the Team at Charcoal, located in the heart of Downtown Edmonds. Chef/Owner Jake Wilson and Chef de Cuisine Keigan Powell bring composed plating and a unique perspective to Pacific Northwest cuisine cooked over a live charcoal grill.
Charcoal is currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Host. This position is part time.
Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Answering the telephone in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Managing the daily guestbook
- Seating guests in accordance with our Standards of Service
- Assisting servers when needed
- Running food to guests
- Daily sidework
Candidates should be Teamwork oriented and be driven towards continued learning in all aspects of food, beverage, and hospitality operations.
This position receives tips.

Pay: $16.66 - $35.00 per hour
