Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring all items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as necessary.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for the next guests to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, striving to enhance guest relations and satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is advantageous.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations.
