About the Role
We are looking for a sales specialist who is comfortable working with high-value projects and clients. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential, designed for individuals who prefer a performance-driven structure.
- $150K–$300K earning potential
- High commission per closed project
You will be working with qualified, pre-vetted leads generated by our team.
We provide a consistent flow of confirmed walkthrough appointments each week, allowing you to focus on what matters most — building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients at their homes across the NYC metro area
- Conduct walkthroughs and understand project scope and goals
- Guide clients through the renovation process and budget expectations
- Present Chapter’s approach and value clearly and professionally
- Convert opportunities into signed projects
- Coordinate a smooth handoff to the project team after closing

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales
