Overview
Chapter is hiring a Renovation Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role sits at the center of project execution, balancing client communication, field coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to drive projects forward while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
What You'll Own
- Full lifecycle management of renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Client communication, expectation management, and relationship building
- Estimating, budgeting, scope review, and material takeoffs
- Project scheduling and day-to-day site coordination
- RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Vendor coordination, pricing management, and procurement support
- Material selections, sample tracking, and approvals
- Weekly project meetings, reporting, and internal coordination
- Quality control, issue resolution, and project closeout execution

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction or project management experience
- South Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred
- Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing residential renovation projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
- Team-oriented, organized, and execution-focused

- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Miami area to active job sites
Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience
