Guest Services Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PM shift Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in representing our hotel and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Create housekeeping reports for evening the maids
• Inspect rooms
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure the front desk area, entrances, patio, & lawn are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest relations principles within the hotel industry.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Proficient in using front desk systems and phone systems effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
