Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Fraternity House Director to oversee the daily operations, management, and maintenance of a fraternity residence. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for the fraternity members and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, property management experience, and a passion for fostering positive community living. As the Associations contact at the fraternity house, you will coordinate housing logistics, enforce policies, manage vendor relationships, and uphold compliance with relevant regulations to create an exceptional living experience for all members.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, and safety protocols.
- This is a live-in position.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to occupancy policies
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
- Manage conflict resolution among members or staff by applying conflict management techniques while fostering a respectful community environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and alumni.
- Build relationships with fellow House Directors.
- Assist the members with event planning.
- Oversee the kitchen and ensure that meals are hearty and taste good.
Skills
- Excellent people skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Office experience that demonstrates organizational skills in managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and resident engagement; conflict management expertise is highly valued

Pay: $44,563.72 - $53,668.14 per year
