Job Summary
Chapter Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments for our commercial clients.

Responsibilities
Remove and replace trash liners
Dust and clean surfaces
Disinfect high-touch areas and surfaces
Vacuum carpets and flooring
Sweep and mop hard-surface floors
Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards
Pay attention to detail and ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or cleaning concerns to management
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, trustworthy, professional, and takes pride in providing high-quality cleaning services.
Requirements
Able to work evenings & nights
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
Able to travel between facilities
Must pass background
Must pass drug test
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
