Chappy’s Deli is currently looking for an experienced General Manager, who is a customer service-minded individual, to join our organization. These opportunities offer flexibility regarding hours but require open availability, including nights and Saturdays. Chappy’s Deli closes at 4pm on Saturday and weeknights at 8 PM. Chappy's Deli is closed on Sundays: A wonderful rarity in the food business that enables a balanced quality of life.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Performs & Promotes the Chappy’s Deli service culture where we treat the team like our guests.
• Promotes company & store initiatives to increase sales, growth and performance.
• Responsible for attracting, hiring and training a productive team.
• Customer service through food safety is job#1.
• Maintaining excellent sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent skills in leadership, communication & training.
• Able to prioritize all responsibilities & multi-task.
• Proven past fiscal and leadership success.
• Experience as a General Manager
• Passion for personal and professional customer service
• Our general managers operate with a highly motivated perspective, much like an owner operator.
• Eagerness to work in a fast paced, evolving environment and looking for a challenge.

Experience:

Restaurant management: 3-5 years as a manager in hospitality. (Preferred)

General manager: 2-5 years as store GM in the hospitality industry. (Required)

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
