The role develops and customizes Salesforce solutions using Apex and Visualforce, manages integrations with institutional systems including PeopleSoft, Azure, and Handshake, and works with the user community to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.The candidate should be skilled in handling clients and translating their business requirements, with knowledge of programming languages such as Apex and Visualforce. They will be playing a key role in integrating Salesforce with other systems (such as PeopleSoft, Azure, Handshake, and others), ensuring smooth data flow and automation. Candidates should be proficient with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange apps. An ideal candidate will be proficient with AI tools such as Claude and knowledgeable about the newly released Claudeforce.The candidate must be able to identify technical obstacles, evaluate complex business requirements, and provide practical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional needs.
