The Compensation Specialist (Temporary) is responsible for building a centralized, accurate database of job descriptions for every position at the university. This role will develop a standardized job description template, assess the current and completeness status of existing descriptions, and lead the effort to bring outdated descriptions current.Chapman University's mission is centered on serving our students and strengthening our campus community.
