Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, customers, and employees
- Assist with clerical duties including scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and dealership staff
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or related experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
