Tire Store Counter Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and dependable Counter Sales Representative to join our tire store team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the tire industry, automotive field, or front counter sales. This position requires someone who is comfortable assisting customers, answering phones, recommending products and services, and working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Experience is required. This is not an entry-level position for someone without prior tire, automotive, or customer-facing sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Sell tires, wheels, accessories, and automotive services
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer customer questions and provide product and service information
- Prepare estimates and assist with sales transactions
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Multitask and stay organized in a busy shop environment
- Work closely with the shop team to help ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire sales, automotive work, or front counter sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to learn and explain tire and automotive products and services
Schedule and Benefits:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- Major holidays off
- Benefits available after a trial period
