🚀 ERP Project Manager – Epicor Kinetic | Irvine, California (Hybrid)
Chapman Tate Associates is partnering with a leading ERP consultancy to find an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong Epicor Kinetic expertise to join their growing team in Irvine, California.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex ERP transformation projects for manufacturing and distribution organisations, managing implementations from initial planning through to successful go-live.
As the ERP Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering business-critical solutions, working closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and aligned with customer objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end Epicor Kinetic ERP implementations from initiation through to deployment
✅ Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones
✅ Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
✅ Drive governance, reporting, and communication across all project phases
✅ Oversee testing, data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities
✅ Build strong client relationships and support ongoing account growth opportunities
🔹 About You:
✔ Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects
✔ Strong Epicor Kinetic experience (or similar ERP platforms)
✔ Background working with manufacturing or distribution organisations
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Experience managing complex delivery teams and multiple workstreams
✔ A customer-focused approach with strong project leadership capabilities
🔹 Desirable Experience:
⭐ Experience within an ERP consultancy or professional services environment
⭐ Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic tools, integrations, and reporting capabilities
⭐ PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
⭐ Experience supporting pre-sales, scoping, or account development activities
