We’re currently partnering with a growing organization in Alabama seeking an experienced Epicor Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance their ERP environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technology and business operations while playing a key role in ERP strategy, process improvement, and day-to-day system performance.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic or Prophet 21 (P21) and a strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-driven environments.

🔹 Position Overview

As the Epicor Systems Analyst, you will act as the primary point of support and improvement for the company’s ERP ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, finance, customer service, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for optimization, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support future ERP initiatives.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to directly influence operational efficiency and business performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Epicor Kinetic or Prophet 21 (P21) ERP systems

• Analyze business processes and identify system improvement opportunities

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into ERP solutions

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide end-user support

• Assist with system configurations, enhancements, reporting, and integrations

• Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve workflows and data visibility

• Create and maintain ERP documentation, training materials, and best practices

• Support upgrades, implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics where needed

🔹 Required Experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic and/or Prophet 21 (P21)

✅ Background in ERP systems analysis, administration, or support

✅ Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

✅ Experience gathering business requirements and improving operational processes

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with SQL, BAQs, dashboards, or custom reporting

⭐ ERP implementation or upgrade experience

⭐ Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, warehouse, production, or finance modules

⭐ Experience supporting multi-site operations
