Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Norman, OK. The Paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, organizing and maintaining case files, and providing support to attorneys during trial preparations. The role includes managing correspondence, filing court documents, assisting with case strategy development, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and organizational skills
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents
- Proficiency in managing case files and legal documentation
- Attention to detail and a working knowledge of legal terminology and practices
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced legal environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using legal software and tools (Clio, WealthCounsel) preferred
- Paralegal certification or an associate's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
