Core Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively.
- Cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Hours and Work Environment:
This role offers 15-20 hours per week on average with daytime shifts. Scheduled shifts may vary based on business needs. Schedules are provided a month in advance.
