Journeyman Service Plumber

Role: Service Plumber

Pay: $27-$38 Hourly Spiffs for services/products sold

Schedule: Monday- Friday, overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. time

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in residential or light commercial installation, repair, and service of sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and water filtration systems.
• 3 years experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment/issues.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and Valid Indiana Journeyman’s License
