Core Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for assistance.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents, creating or updating files, etc. as needed.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents is preferred.
- Strong communicator; listens carefully and conveys information effectively.
- Cooperative, helpful, and builds rapport with others easily.
- Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Hours and Work Environment:
Shifts are 7:00am to 1:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 7:00am to 3:00pm Wednesday – Friday. This is an onsite role working in the dealership showroom.
