Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify customers service needs.
Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates to customers.
Check on progress of jobs and give accurate updates to customers throughout the day.
Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Inspect completed vehicle and review completed invoice prior to customer pick-up.
Perform follow-up communications to insure we achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
