Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Accurately process payments.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk / lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, emails, reports, etc.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively.
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) - required
- Cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly.
- Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
