Chapman Bros is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. What YOU will do:
- Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini split systems with a high level of quality workmanship
- Communicate with homeowners to provide consistent high level customer experience
- Perform system startup on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Complete required paperwork for each job
What YOU will bring:
- 3 Years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Understanding of low voltage control wiring
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Ability to work in attics and crawls spaces
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:
- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ license
