Our Chapman BMW on Camelback location is hiring a BMW Genius to deliver an exceptional client experience through product expertise, customer support, and brand representation. This role is ideal for a customer service-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and explain new technology.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients in the sales and service departments and introduce BMW Genius services
- Explain vehicle features, technology, and product information to clients
- Assist the sales team with test drives and vehicle deliveries
- Communicate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and scheduling updates with sales staff
- Educate clients and dealership teams on new BMW products, features, and accessories
- Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction and answer questions professionally
- Stay current on BMW technology, features, and competitor products
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience required
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technology and clearly explain features to clients
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership technology systems
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
