Our Phoenix location is hiring an Express Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our Service Department. This role is responsible for delivering a positive service experience, educating customers on recommended maintenance, and ensuring timely communication throughout the service process.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
- Greet customers and assess vehicle maintenance needs based on customer concerns, vehicle inspections, and mileage
- Create repair orders, provide cost and time estimates, and obtain customer authorization for services
- Educate customers on vehicle condition, maintenance recommendations, and available services
- Coordinate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and service progress
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
