Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson, NV is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service and knowledgeable support to our customers. Our Service Department is open Monday – Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working both indoors and outdoors in the Service Drive.

- Schedule, confirm and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience.
- Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage and recommend additional services for optimal vehicle performance.
- Create repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency and obtain customer authorizations.
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
- Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day, keeping customers updated.
- Follow-up with customers upon completion of services to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- At least 1 year of automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience with proven success in achieving sales goals.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram warranties.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate vehicle service needs in a way that is easy for the customer to understand.
- Good customer service, time management and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
