We are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated Inventory Administrator to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in managing vehicle inventory, processing dealer trades, and ensuring accurate inventory records across all systems.
Responsibilities Include
Processing incoming new and used vehicle inventory
Assigning stock numbers and entering vehicles into the DMS
Coordinating dealer trades and vehicle transfers
Organizing inventory paperwork and deal jackets
Vehicle Inventory Photos
Maintaining lot organization and inventory accuracy
Working closely with sales, service, and accounting departments
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills
Automotive Dealership Experience Preferred But Not Required
Experience with dealership software/DMS is a plus
