About the Role
Chapie is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to help run day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is designed for locals who want flexibility, independence, and the ability to control their hours.
Most of the time, you can choose when you come in. Some days you’ll work 3–8 hours. Some weeks you may only come in once.
This is not a typical fixed schedule job. It’s performance-based and flexible.

You’ll be working with the founder inside a real, growing business, not a corporate warehouse, with direct exposure to how an eCommerce brand actually runs.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Handle high-volume fulfillment days (up to 500 orders)
- Receive and stock incoming inventory shipments
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with counts
- Communicate with customer service via Slack
- Flag issues quickly (inventory, order errors, delays)

Requirements
- Must live very close to Boca Raton / FAU
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail (no order mistakes)
- Reliable and responsive
- Able to work quickly and stay efficient
- Comfortable using Slack for communication
- Available on short notice when needed
