Qualifications
- Candidates should ideally have 9 credits in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, particularly in a Reggio or private school setting, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
