Senior Living Admissions Advisor

Overview

Chapel Pointe at Carlisle is seeking a relationship-focused Senior Living Admissions Advisor to guide prospective residents and their families as they explore senior living options. While this role supports admissions across all levels of care, the primary focus is managing timely Skilled Nursing admissions to Chapel Pointe’s five-star skilled nursing households. You'll walk alongside individuals and families from their first inquiry through move-in, helping them navigate decisions with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

This job may be for you if:

• You have experience. You’ve worked in nursing/healthcare admissions, hospital referrals, senior living sales/admissions/social work, or a related field for 2 – 5 years and have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• You love building relationships. Whether you're meeting with a family, giving a tour, or talking with a hospital discharge planner, you enjoy helping people to feel heard and supported.
• You remain calm when things move quickly. You can balance multiple priorities, coordinate time-sensitive admissions, and keep detailed processes organized without losing sight of the person behind each situation.
• You communicate with truth and empathy. You understand that choosing senior living can be emotional, and you help families navigate difficult decisions with compassion and confidence.
• You're a team player. You enjoy working alongside a team and other departments to ensure every resident experiences a seamless transition into the community.
• You're responsive and dependable. Families and referral partners know they can count on you to follow through promptly, communicate clearly, and provide timely answers.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
