Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Tyler, TX. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons, assess student learning, and provide timely feedback to support academic growth. Responsibilities include managing the classroom environment, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and integrating appropriate instructional technology and resources. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to align curriculum, analyze student data, and participate in professional development. Additional duties include communicating regularly with families or caregivers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting campus events and activities that enhance the school community.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply best instructional practices in a PreK–12 setting.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing standards-based lessons and supporting student skill development.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear, respectful communication with students, families, and colleagues.
- State-required teaching certification or eligibility for certification in the appropriate subject/grade level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to manage a positive, inclusive classroom environment and support diverse learners, including students with varied backgrounds and abilities.
- Comfort with basic educational technology, learning platforms, and digital resources.
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning, ethical conduct, and collaboration within a team-oriented school culture.
