Job Summary:
We are seeking part-time, seasonal team members to join our clubhouse snack bar team at One-Nine at Chapel Hill. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and working in a golf course setting. Team members will assist with food and beverage service, support pro shop operations, and help with light food preparation in coordination with our restaurant team.
Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service requirements. Shifts are typically 6–8 hours, with availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Tips provide additional earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages while following food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar, including restocking and light cleaning
- Assist with pro shop support tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and restaurant team to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, food service, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to ~25 lbs
