What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Teacher position at Chapel Glen Early Learning Academy?
Responsibilities:
- Conducts themselves in a manner that brings glory to God and shows others the love of Christ.
- Works as a team player with administration and peers.
- Incorporate learning opportunities using a child's natural inclination to play.
- Implement activities and lesson plans that simultaneously engage and educate children.
- Provide diverse basic care needs, including supplying proper nutrition, performing cleaning duties and dealing with behavioral issues.
- Communicate with parents to discuss a child's educational development.
- Willingness to fill other positions if needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Must be 21 or older
- Must pass a physical, TB test, and drug screening
- Complete job orientation
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to complete physical tasks such as walking, twisting, climbing stairs, etc. . .
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
