Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center is a busy, state-of-the-art, mixed-animal veterinary hospital caring for both horses and small animals. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Client Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding veterinary care. Equine experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn go a long way!

No two days are exactly alike! You might spend your morning helping a client schedule their horse’s appointment, coordinating an emergency farm call, answering questions from a dog owner, or helping our veterinary team keep the day running smoothly.
As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you’ll help set the tone for their experience with our hospital. You’ll be an important part of a team that works together to care for animals and support the people who love them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the friendly face and voice of our hospital! Welcome clients, answer phone calls, and help everyone feel comfortable and taken care of.
- Keep things moving. Help coordinate appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and daily front-desk operations.
- Be the connection between clients and our veterinary team. Communicate clearly with clients, doctors, and staff to make sure everyone stays on the same page.
- Help keep our ambulatory team on the move. Schedule and dispatch equine veterinarians to farm calls and emergencies throughout the valley.
- Keep the details organized. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and help ensure important information is where it needs to be.
- Handle payments with confidence. Process invoices and payments accurately and professionally.
- Be a team player. Jump in where needed, help solve problems, and contribute to a positive work environment.
