Chap Construction is seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Prior experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Qualifications
HVAC experience preferred but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Valid drivers license preferred
