About the Role
CHAO.S PR is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and social media-savvy Influencer Marketing Intern to support campaigns for food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. You'll gain hands-on experience in creator partnerships, campaign execution, and social media marketing.
What You'll Do
- **Creator Discovery & Outreach:** Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- **Campaign Coordination:** Support influencer campaigns, creator visits, scheduling, and deliverable tracking. Maintain organized creator databases and campaign trackers.
- **Content Review & Tracking:** Review creator content for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality. Monitor posting timelines and collect performance metrics.
- **Creative & Research Support:** Stay on top of social media trends, research creative campaign ideas, and assist with reporting and special projects.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with a good eye for engaging content.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
- Previous marketing/PR experience, familiarity with influencer marketing tools, or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
