Role Description
This full-time, on-site opportunity as an Account Executive is based in San Diego, CA. In this role, the Account Executive will oversee sales activities, build strong relationships with retail partners, and ensure that brand standards are consistently met or exceeded. Responsibilities include driving sales targets, training and motivating retail team members, planning and executing promotional events, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills with the ability to deliver on sales targets and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in training, coaching, and motivating retail or sales teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Knowledge in market analysis, data interpretation, and planning promotional events.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with prior experience in the industry being a plus.
- Ability to work onsite and travel as needed to meet with clients and retail teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
