What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Channel Personnel Services?
- Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs
- Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds
- Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime
- Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
- Ideal candidates will have 2 years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience
- Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems
