What does a Small Group Trainer do?
- Promote programs to members and participants
- Plan and deliver educational group classes
- Instruct classes in accordance with standards and best practices of the format
- Record participant counts, distribute and collect program evaluations
- Maintain minimum class attendance standard

Qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required certifications: Nationally Recognized Group Exercise Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NETA, AFAA) and/or specialized format certification (SilverSneakers, Zumba, LesMills, etc.)
- Previous work experience in related role preferred
- Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire
- Complete all required Branch and Position specific trainings as required within two weeks of hire
- Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance
